The Fifth Annual Turks & Caicos Conch Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 29 on Providenciales. This fun filled event celebrates our most famous export and favorite food product, the delicious conch.
The islands’ best chefs will square off in the annual ‘conch-e-tition’ to decide who makes the best conch dishes. There will be conch knocking and conch blowing competitions to test the skills honed by generations of our local fishermen and sailors. There’s plenty of conch to sample, prepared in ways you would never imagine. Live music, kids games, sailboat racing and a host of other great events highlight the day in the scenic Blue Hills area of Provo.
