PROMOTION PERIOD: September 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 ("Promotion Period"). The entry period for the major prize drawing begins on September 1, 2007 at 5:00:01 PM ET and ends on June 30, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the online entry form below. Entrants must provide all information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entries must be received by June 30, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM CT. Only one entry per person or email address per promotion period. Entries become the property of, Turks & Caicos Islands Tourist Board ("Sponsor") and will not be returned.
DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to determine the winner. All drawings are conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a given drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: Upon verification of eligibility, the prize winner will receive the prize posted. A trip for two to the Turks and Caicos Islands, airfare included. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by Sponsor, without further compensation. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prizes and for any other expenses associated with the prizes not specifically described herein.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older as of August 15, 2007. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined as current spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Promotion.
NOTIFICATION AND WINNERS LIST: Winners will be notified via e-mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned, properly executed, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of prize notification. If these documents are not returned within this time period, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, directors, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize that may be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or for postage due mail.
Entrant shall not upload post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the Promotion.
Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Internet access providers are not responsible for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, or lost/delayed data transmission; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction.
