Island style townhouses in the heart of the Grace Bay area - excellent for long term stays!
Townhomes Include two bedrooms, one and a half baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room and ample closet space. The property comprises a total of 24 completed townhouses. Buildings 1 through 4 contain four interior and two exterior (end) units. The buildings are positioned to form the four sided courtyard, where an 18' X 30' freshwater pool awaits. Green lawn, tropical plants and mature palm trees surround and shade the pool.
Each of the townhouses provide a comfortable 1,100 square foot floor space over two levels. The ground floor presents a bright and welcoming first impression, augmented by open concept living/dining space. A bank of sliding glass doors open onto an individual terrace. Privacy is provded by the neatly groomed wall of shrubs that enclose the pool and garden.
A full size kitchen features electric range, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area, kitchen and bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, floors have ceramic tile throughout, stairs are carpeted. Furniture is attractively tailored to a tropical lifestyle.
